| What is your policy on PRE-ORDER items? |

Pre-order policy: Discount coupons cannot be applied to this pre-order item. The delivery date is approximate. We cannot guarantee a delivery date for pre-order items, as the manufacturers sometimes run behind with their delivery/production schedule. Please understand that this is beyond our control. When you pre-order, this item is reserved for you. This means that we will charge your card for the full amount when the order is placed. If we find that we cannot fulfill your order we will issue a refund to your card. We will not accept cancellations once a pre-order has been placed. However, if you decide that you would no longer like the pre-order item once you receive it, you may request a refund or a merchandise credit. Refunds will only be issued if return policy guidelines are followed.
